I moved to a new state and will need to update my address for Payroll.
An employee has moved to a new state.
I moved to a new state but this isn't reflected in my pay stub.
Resolution
The employee's address will need to be updated in their HRIS profile. Depending on how your organisation updates addresses, the admin will need to update this for the employee, or you may have a Workflow in place to update this.
Once the employee's address has been updated, this will automatically update the employee's tax elections to the new state.
The employee then must go to Pay > Taxes > State Tax Elections > Edit to fill out and savetheir state tax election information.
In the next pay period, the employee can expect to see the updated address in their pay stub.
