Admins can track usage and monitor the responses of the Lattice AI Agent using the Dashboard.
Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > AI Agent > Dashboard.
Search for keywords or filter the responses.
From here, admins can view:
Question asked
AI Agent Response
Sources used
Who submitted the question
Date submitted
Employee feedback
Whether the response was corrected.
Note: If a question asked used a Lattice tool (eg. Reviews, 1:1s, Engagement etc), then the question will not be visible in the admins' Agent Dashboard.
