Add Time Entries
- Navigate to Admin > Time tracking > Timesheets.
- Select the line for the first applicable employee > select Add a time entry.
- Select the desired date and times for the time entry, capturing the hours for one day at a time.
- Once complete, select Create.
- Repeat steps 2-4 until all time entries have been added for all applicable employees.
Approve Timesheets
- Navigate to Admin > Time tracking > All Timesheets.
- Select the line for the first employee and select Approve.
- Repeat until all employee timesheets have been approved.
Review and Run Payroll
- Navigate to Admin > Payroll > Overview.
- Next to the upcoming pay run, select Review payroll.
- Confirm that all hours and earnings that were keyed are accurate. Select Calculate Payroll.
- Select Review and Submit.
- Select the checkbox acknowledging that all payroll data has been reviewed and payroll is ready to be submitted.
- Select Submit payroll.
