The Custom Role for Historic Fields permission allows admins to give specific employees admin access to either all employees or a subset of employees' historical information on their profiles.

Global Permissions
The Global Historic Fields permission allows custom role owners to view historical information for all users.
Permissions include:
- View employee profile historical information.
Targeted Permissions
The Targeted permissions allow custom role owners to view historical information for a subset of employees. Admins must select a filter to add employees to the target group.
Permissions include:
- View employee profile historical information.
Custom role owner view
Custom role owners can view the historical information directly on the employees they have access to profiles.
- Navigate and select your company name on the left-hand navigation panel.
- Select Directory.
- Search for and select the employee you would like to view.
- Navigate to the Details tab.
