Admins and custom role owners can submit a review response or a drafted review on behalf of another employee.
Before you start
- The reviewee will not be able to see who submitted the review if they are different from the assigned reviewer.
- Only Admins with access to the Review Cycle Audit log can see who submitted the review on behalf of another individual.
- It is not possible to edit a review while the reviewer or the admin is also editing the same review.
- It is not possible to submit reviews on behalf of others within talent reviews and promotion nomination forms.
Permissions
In order to be able to submit a review on behalf of another employee, you will need one of the below permissions:
Submit a Review
- Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews.
- Select the review cycle > Reviews.
- Navigate to the Reviewers tab > Select the reviewer's name.
- On the sidebar, select Write reviews on behalf of [reviewer's name] > Select the review you are looking to submit.
- Select Submit review when completed.
Note: If the review has ended, at any stage of the cycle, you will first need to reopen it to submit it on behalf of the employee.
Audit Log
Once a review is submitted by an admin on behalf of another, an event will be created in the Audit Log. The event will show who submitted the review, when it was submitted, the direction submitted and for whom.
- Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews.
- Select the review cycle > Reviews.
- Select the ellipsis in the top-right > Audit Log.
