For documents that you’ve uploaded to Lattice may no longer be relevant, admins can either archive the document or delete it permanently.
Archive a Document
- Navigate to Admin > Documents.
- Select the Company tab and then select the ellipsis (...) next to the document of interest.
- Select Archive.
If an employee has completed the document, the record is kept, but it will be flagged as Archived on their My Documents page. However, if the employee has not completed the document before it is archived, the related task will be deleted, and it will be removed from their My Documents page.

Delete a Document
Deleting a document will remove the document permanently, even if an employee has completed it.
- Navigate to Admin > Documents.
- Select the Company tab and then select the ellipsis (...) next to the document of interest.
- Select Delete > Confirm deletion in the pop-up by selecting Delete Document.
