As an admin, you can add a late participant to an Engagement survey once it has already launched. Note that only users with active Lattice accounts (as opposed to created, invited, or deactivated) are eligible to be added as late participants.
- Navigate to the Admin page > Engagement > Surveys.
- Select the Engagement Survey of interest > Manage Participation.
- Select Settings on the top right > Edit Settings.
- Select the Participants tab > Add participants.
- Use the search bar or filter bar to locate the participants needing to be added to the survey.
- Check the box next to their name > Continue to add the participant to the survey.
New survey participants will be notified via email once added to the survey.
