Problem
The external user ID in BambooHR and the employee's Lattice profile do not match.
Resolution
There are two employee IDs created in BambooHR:
ID present in the URL that is unique to the user profile
ID field present within the profile that is editable by a BambooHR admin
Lattice only pulls in the user ID that is present in the employee's URL. This ID is the version linked to the External User ID field in the employee's Lattice profile.
