Problem
A user with global People custom role permissions who used to be able to deactivate employees no longer can
Deactivate button does nothing
Resolution
To have the ability to deactivate an employee, non-admins need to be assigned:
Targeted People permission Access to deactivate workers.
View or View and Edit targeted Employee fields permission to Termination date.
Note: To give visibility to deactivate all employees, filter the targeted permission to include all User Types (Individual contributor, Manager, Manager of manager, and Admin)
