Bulk uploading goals allows teams to migrate active (or historical) OKRs/goals written outside of Lattice into the platform. The upload identifies goal owners with their email addresses and automatically assigns them the goal. Lattice does not notify goal owners after a goal associated with them has been uploaded.
Before you start
Only Lattice admins and Goals admins can bulk upload goals.
The bulk upload only supports adding one goal owner per goal.
The bulk upload does not specify parent/child goals during the process. Therefore, admins must attach child goals to parent goals after uploading. Learn more in Cascading: Aligning Your Goal to a Parent.
If a field in the CSV does not match or there is an error, no goals will be uploaded into the system. Double-check the CSV and re-upload it accordingly.
