Lattice provides the defined goal status names On track, Progressing, and Off track by default. However, your organization may use different names and definitions; therefore, Lattice allows you to customize how your employees will see the statuses in Lattice.
Note: Lattice limits the number of statuses to three.
Change Goals status definitions
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Settings.
Under General, select Customize.
Select the pencil icon to open the edit modal next to the desired status.
Update the Name and Supporting text - Confirm the view is correct using the Preview.
Select Save.
Select Apply.
