All employees can set their personal language preferences from their profile settings. Available languages include:

Note: Admins can set a company language preference for all users. Learn more in <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/17127079641879" target="_blank">Set Company Language Preference</a>.

Navigate to your profile name &gt; Manage settings &gt; Profile.

Under Preferred Language, choose a language.

Lattice does not translate user-generated content or support multi-language workflows. For example, if an Engagement survey is launched in English, any custom questions used will not be translated into French for users who have set their language to French. Additionally, if an employee fills out their update in German, the content will not be automatically translated into French, English, or any other language.

User-generated content includes the naming of the Goals tool. As Goals can have a <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/37778589398039" target="_blank">custom name,</a> it will not be translated.
