Admins can view summaries of the recommendation budget allocation during the compensation cycle.
View budget summaries
To navigate to the Recommendations page:
Navigate to Admin > Compensation > Compensation cycles.
Next to the cycle, select View Progress.
Navigate to the Recommendations page.
Budget Tracking
At the top of the page, you can view visual summaries of the recommendation budget in the cycle. By hovering over each budget tracker, you will be presented with budget spend details. Each status is assigned a percentage based on the ratio of recommendations submitted.
Raise budget: summarizes promotion raises + merit raises
One-time bonus: total spent on one-time bonus from total budget
Bonus plan payout: total spent on bonus plan payouts from total budget
Equity budget: total equity granted from total shares
In all raise budget visuals, a black bar will indicate the total sum of all guidance in the cycle. The hover popup will indicate whether current recommendations are tracking above or below that sum of guidance.

You will be able to sort column headers by clicking the column icon and checking or unchecking boxes to add and remove columns from the table.
