After the Admin has configured the Custom Role, specific permissions can be granted in regards to “Goals."

These permissions can be for specific subsets, as well as one global permission to create Company Goals!

The permissions that can be granted:

1) Permission to view private Goals

This permission allows role owners to view the public and private Goals of the employee subset the Admin has set.

2) Permission to edit Goals

This permission allows role owners to edit the public and private Goals of the employee subset the Admin has set.

3) Permission to create Company Goals

As this is a global permission, it will affect the entire employee experience, as Company Goals are visible to everyone in your Org by navigating to the "Company" tab.

What does this permission look like to the Custom Role?

The employee that is given this Custom Role will see an "Admin" tab in their top navigation bar. By clicking on the "Admin" tab, they will see a "Goals" section.

As a reminder, these permissions only apply to the subset of employees that the Admin has selected for the role owner. The role member(s) will not have access into the private information of other employees that fall outside of this subset.
