If you are experiencing any issues adding users to Lattice using a CSV Upload, we recommend following the simple steps below. 

Please note: You can re-upload the CSV as many times as you want, as long as you don't change an employee's email address. To change an email, an Admin must do this manually.

Step 1: Make sure all your email addresses are valid
You can do this easily by using the function "ISEMAIL()" in Google Sheets

Step 2: Make sure that you have headers in your CSV (highlighted below)

Step 3: Make sure there are no fields with exponents or errors
You can have fields that are blank, but make sure they are actually empty! 

Step 4: Make sure that your dates are in the format YYYY-MM-DD
