Admins have the ability to see and do everything in Lattice. As an Admin, you also have the ability to give Admin permissions to other users. To do this, follow the steps below:
Step 1: From the "Admin" panel, navigate to "People" found on the left navigation bar
Step 2: Find the user you would like to make an Admin
You can do this by searching their name in the search bar, or by scrolling and finding that person manually.
Step 3: Click on the ellipses to the right of that user's photo and name
Step 4: In the drop-down menu, select "Edit permissions"
Step 5: Select "Set as admin"
Step 6: Click "Save Permissions"
The same steps can be reproduced to restrict access. All you would need to do is navigate back to this permissions page and select "Set as restricted user." (Restricted users will only be able to see their own data and their direct report's if they are a manager).
