If you are an admin and you want to understand the employee and manager perspective, Lattice gives you the ability to create test users. Depending on what mail provider you have, the following instructions will help:

Gmail:

If you use Gmail, the best way to set up test users is to set up test accounts using your own email by adding a "+1" and "+2" after your name.

For example, if your email is [email protected], the emails for your test accounts that you create should be [email protected] and [email protected]

Please use "Test Employee" and "Test Manager" to name the employees.

Gmail will ignore everything after the "+" so you will still get all of the email notifications for these two employees (including the invite email). Once you have invited and created these employees, please let us know (by reaching out to [email protected] or by chatting us using the bottom right hand chat bubble) and we will alert our billing department.

Outlook:

If you use Outlook, the best way to set up test users is to set up test accounts using your email with "+1" and "+2" after your name.

For example, if your email is [email protected], your test emails should be [email protected] and [email protected]

Once you have invited the users, please reach out to us (by reaching out to [email protected] or by chatting us using the bottom right hand chat bubble) and we'll send you the links to login and create those profiles.

You'll be able to use the username and password that we give you to login, however, you will not receive any email notifications or be able to test that part of the experience.

Please use "Test Employee" and "Test Manager" to name the employees.
