We are very excited to announce that we have just launched our Admin Impersonation feature (and we just couldn't wait until Friday to let you know)!
Here's how it works:
- When logged in as an admin, you can now view a read-only version of anyone's Lattice account for your company.
- Go to Admin > People > click on the ellipsis next to your employee's name and choose "Login as user".
A few notes about this new access:
- Admins have logs of all the impersonations that have happened by going to Admin > People > Impersonations.
- This does not give admins any more visibility than they already have. Anything that is private in the system (ie: notes to self and 1:1 private notes) are still private.
