The Inclusion & Belonging dashboard allows admins to compare employee group scores against your largest demographic to accurately benchmark how feelings around inclusion and belonging change across groups. Lattice Engagement Surveys power the Inclusion & Belonging dashboard.
Before you start
- The Inclusion & Belonging dashboard does not include eNPS or Pulse analytics.
- Race and ethnicity default attributes are unavailable for filtering.
The Inclusion & Belonging dashboard
To access the Diversity Explorer dashboard navigate to Admin > Analytics > DEI > Inclusion & Belonging.
Demographics
The Demographics options allow you to see the data for each type of Lattice DEIB attribute. Selecting a demographic will allow you to break down the data in the bar graph by those specific attributes.
Demographics include:
- Gender
- Age
- All
Engagement Scores
The Engagement Scores section shows the difference in overall engagement scores over time.
Hover over a bar to view the following breakdowns:
- The title of the survey
- The overall score for the survey
- The survey timeframe
Delta & Comparisons
Engagement score comparisons
The Engagement score comparison section tracks the difference in overall engagement score for each selected group. You can add or remove surveys from the dropdown to compare.
Hover over a bar to view the following breakdowns:
- The group demographic
- The overall score versus the company average score
- The number of employees in the group who responded to the survey
Group badges allow you to view how each group compares with the company's overall score:
- High: +10% away from average (i.e. if the average = 50%, high > 50%)
- Average: +/- 10% away from average (average = 50% then "average" tag is when the number is > 40% and < 50%
- Low: -10% away from average. This is the absolute number not relative (i.e. if the average = 50%, low < 40%)
- None: Participation is 0
Largest delta from survey themes
This Largest delta section tracks the most significant difference in scores for a survey's theme for the groups compared to the company. Choose an engagement survey from the dropdown menu to view the largest deltas.
