The Adoption Summary provides admins with a high-level overview of the overall health of the company's people program – filterable by time range and default attributes. This dashboard highlights key metrics and month-over-month (MoM) trends about the adoption of specific performance management, goals, engagement, and career growth practices within Lattice.
Note: The Adoption Summary is only visible to admins.

To navigate to the Adoption Summary:
Navigate to Admin > Analytics > Summary.
Adoption summary filtering
The Adoption Summary allows you to filter by the following:
- Time range for captured data
- View data by Monthly, quarterly, or yearly
- Default attributes
User data points
Lattice users
Lattice users is the number of people from the company who have an active Lattice account. The delta is the change between the number of users based on your filters and the last 30 days.
Lattice users is always visible on the Adoption Summary.
Sentiment (from Updates)
The Sentiment score is captured when users complete their Update. The Sentiment data point shows the average employee sentiment score based on your filters. The delta is the change between the sentiment average based on your filters and the last 30 days.
Sentiment includes a trend graph that shows how the average score has changed based on the monthly, quarterly, or yearly filter.
Sentiment is always visible on the Adoption Summary.

Product Adoption
Feedback
The Feedback graph includes:
- Percent (%) of given vs. received feedback across all users based on time period
- Percent (%) of users receiving feedback across all users based on time period
Hovering over the bar graph will show the exact percentage for each data point. Feedback is always visible on the Adoption Summary.

1:1s
The 1:1s graph includes the percentage (%) of users with 1:1s with their manager based on your filters and time period. Note, that this does not include 1:1 participation.
Hovering over the bar graph will show the exact percentage for each data point. 1:1s is always visible on the Adoption Summary.

Updates
The Updates graph includes the percentage (%) of users submitting monthly updates based on your filters over a time period.

Goals
Goals include the following based on your filters over a time period:
- Total number of goals
- Percentage (%) of goals with the status on track
- Percentage (%) of goals with the status progressing
- Percentage (%) of goals with the status at-risk
- Percentage (%) of goals with the status not updated

Engagement
Engagement includes the following based on your filters over a time period:
- Engagement survey participation rates
- Engagement survey average scores
- Pulse survey participation rates
- Pulse survey average score
- eNPS participation rate
- eNPS average score

Grow
Grow includes the following based on your filters:
- Percentage (%) of users with growth areas vs. 30 days ago
- Percentage (%) of users with growth areas in the last 6 months vs. 30 days ago
