Admins can adjust who can see a Lattice default user attribute within an employee profile by editing the visibility.
- Navigate to Admin > Organization > People > User Attributes.
- Select the ellipsis (...) > Edit next to the desired default attribute.
- Under Visibility, use the drop-down to select who can view the attribute:
- Admin only: only admins can view the attribute
- Admin + manager: only admins and the employee's manager can view the attribute
- Admin + manager + employee: only admins, the employee's manager, and the employee can view the attribute
- Everyone: all users can view the attribute
- Select Save changes.
