Manually Override the Default Field Link to an HRIS

Integrating with an HRIS allows Lattice to automatically link Lattice default fields to your HRIS fields. Lattice allows you to manually override the Lattice default field link to a different custom field within your HRIS.

1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > People > Fields.
2. Click on the ellipsis (...) next to the desired Default field.
3. Select Edit to open the HRIS field modal.
4. Under Field name, choose the HRIS custom field to import and link to the Lattice default user field.
5. (optional) Select the desired Visibility for the default field.
6. Select Save changes.
