As an employee preparing to leave your current company, your admin may request feedback from you on your employee experience. The key feedback that you give will allow the team to measure, optimize, and improve the company experience for every employee moving forward.
Before you start
Your survey responses will have your name attached. Survey admins will have visibility to your responses and name when analyzing results.
Submit an exit survey
Step 1: You will receive both an email notification and a task on your Home page notifying you to complete your exit survey.
Select Complete your exit survey to begin.
Step 2: Within the survey, you will see a reminder that your name will show up with your responses, the number of questions, and survey details. Click Start this survey to get started.
Step 3: All questions are optional –– Select a response, add a comment, and select Next to move to the following question.
Step 4: Once you have finished, select Submit survey answers to complete. A confirmation will appear popup –– confirm by selecting Submit.
