As a new hire employee for your company, your admin may request feedback from you on the onboarding experience. The key feedback that you give will allow the onboarding team to measure, optimize, and improve the new hire experience for every employee moving forward.
Before you start
Your survey responses will have your name attached. Survey admins will have visibility to your responses and name when analyzing results.
Once a survey is past due, employees will be unable to respond.
Submit an onboarding survey
Step 1: You will receive both an email notification and a task on your Home page notifying you to complete your onboarding survey before a certain due date.
Select Complete your survey to begin.
Step 2: Within the survey, you will see a reminder that your name will show up with your responses, the number of questions, when the survey is due, and survey details. Click Next > Start this survey to get started.
Step 3: All questions are optional –– Select a response, add a comment, and select Next to move to the following question.
Step 4: Once you have finished, select Submit survey answers to complete. A confirmation will appear popup –– confirm by selecting Submit.
