Customer Care will have slightly reduced staffing from Dec. 22 through Jan. 3. We aim to ensure we have sufficient coverage to meaningfully support our customers during the holiday season while also allowing our team members to spend time with friends and family. We will also discontinue Admin Office Hours during this time.
In addition to reduced staffing from Dec. 22 through Jan. 3., we will have reduced availability on the following dates:
- On Dec. 24 and Dec. 31, all offices will be closed.
- On Dec. 27 and Dec. 28, our London office will be closed.
- Service hours will start at 4am (San Francisco) / 7am (New York) / 12pm (London)
As a reminder, our normal business hours are as follows:
- 1am - 5pm (San Francisco) / 4am - 8pm (New York) / 9am - 1am (London)
