Please note: This article walks through calibration if calibrated rating questions has been included in your account by Lattice. For the steps for Calibration V1, check out Calibration in Review Cycles.
Once the review cycle has been created or launched, admins can select calibration attributes (rating questions) that are important to calibrate during the calibration phase of the cycle.
Before you start
You may select rating questions to calibrate as soon as the cycle is created.
However, because Lattice will only know what competencies are attributed to reviewees after launch, you must wait to select competency rating questions until after the cycle is launched.
Add calibration attributes
Step 1: Within the review cycle, navigate to the Scores > Calibration attributes.
Step 2: Click Add attributes.
Step 3: Within the context panel, under Rating questions and Competencies, select which rating questions you would like to include into calibration.
The attribute list pulls in rating questions within all templates associated with your review cycle. To make selecting questions more manageable, you can filter questions by template or track.
Please note: You can remove attributes by clicking on the X next to the attribute and selecting Remove within the confirmation modal.
Next, determine the calibration groups for the review cycle.
