Scored attributes allow companies to score their employees on the qualities companies value most, including behavior, performance, and more. Once you have created scored attributes, add them to your next review cycle so managers can evaluate their direct reports.
Adding scored attributes to the review
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Auditing.
Step 2: Start your new review cycle by clicking Create new cycle.
Step 3: Under Scores, toggle on Scored attributes.
Step 4: Click Add attribute and assign up to 20 scored attributes.
Step 5 (Optional): If you plan on calibrating scores after the review cycle ends, check the checkbox for Calibration.
