Scored attributes allow companies to score their employees on the qualities companies value most, including behavior, performance, and more.
Before you start
Scored attributes are not the same as rating questions in a review template. The main differences are that scored attributes can only be submitted by a manager and can be calibrated. In contrast, rating questions can be submitted by all reviewees but cannot be calibrated. Create scored attributes
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Scored attributes.
Step 2: Select Create attribute.
Step 3: A modal will appear -- Enter the name of the attribute, include a description, and customize the rating scale.
Step 4: Choose to display the scale as text options or numbers. Learn more about scored attribute display options in Scored Attributes Display Options.
Step 5: Click Create attribute.
