Problem
- I am not receiving email Lattice notifications.
Resolution
If your company has email filters or a special spam blocker installed, you may need to whitelist Lattice's information for your employees. Work with your IT team to make sure that the following information is whitelisted with your provider:
Mail server IP address: 159.135.226.21
Domain: mg.latticehq.com
Mail server: MailGun
Additional email addresses: notifications@mg.latticehq.com
Note: Lattice will stop sending notifications to an email address if we fail to successfully deliver a message due to a recipient's address being returned as invalid/non-existent/temporarily misconfigured. Soft bounces (for example, mailbox is full) do not cause suppressions.
This occurs most typically when an employee is invited to Lattice prior to their company email address being activated. We recommend not inviting new hires to Lattice until their start date to avoid this issue.
