Often, employees may change managers right before a review cycle. In this case, you may want the employee's previous manager to fill out the Scored Attributes for the employee since they have more context on the employee's performance. To change who completes the Scored Attributes in a review, please refer to the below steps.
Before you start
Please note, if scores have already been submitted by the previous attribute scorer, then the admin will need to first reopen scoring. Once scoring has been re-opened, you will be able to remove the previous attribute scorer, which will delete previously submitted scores. Once the attribute scorer has been removed, you will be able to add the new attribute scorer.
Changing Who Completes Scored Attributes
Step 1: Admin page > Reviews > Auditing.
Step 2: Select the Review Cycle of interest.
Step 3: In the Reviews phase, click the Reviewees tab and select the reviewee.
Step 4: On the panel that appears to the right, select to Edit next to the Attribute Scorer section.
Step 5: Click on the X next to the original scorer's name to remove them.
Step 6: Search for the new desired scorer and click Save.
