In project-based roles, employees may spend considerable time working on projects with an optional team lead and not so much with their functional manager. Incorporating a project-based review process helps organizations assess performance outside of the traditional reporting structure and instead review within a project team.
Before creating your first project-based review, you must first enable the feature within your Reviews settings.
Turn on project-based reviews
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Settings.
