Setting up Scored Attributes and Weighted Scores in a Review Cycle
In the Scores portion of the review cycle setup, you have the ability to enable Scored Attributes and Weighted Scores. Once you have added your scores, move to the Deliverables section to set the visibility reviewees will have to their scores within their final review packets.
- If all scores should be shared, toggle on the first option.
- If some, but not all scores should be shared toggle on the scores associated with the scores you want to make visible and keep the others off.
Please Note: managers will always have visibility into their direct report's scores.
During a review
When managers are filling out scored attributes as a part of their review, they will have visibility into which attributes will be shared with the employee and which will not:
In review packets
If you have calibration enabled in your review, only the calibrated scores will be shown to the employee. If calibration is not enabled, the manager score will be shown.

If you would like to show employees their weighted score in their review packet, simply toggle this on in the Deliverables section of the review cycle set up. If turned on, this is how the weighted score will appear in an employee's review packet:
