As an admin, you can manage your organization's Feedback settings and get an overview of how Feedback is being used from the Auditing page. To access the auditing page, click on the Admin Key on the bottom left of your discovery navigation.
Feedback Auditing Page
From your admin page, you can audit all Feedback from all users, view Feedback summaries for all users and change Feedback settings for your organization.
Viewing and Deleting Feedback
View individual Feedback records by clicking on the "Feedback" tab. From this table, you can view a specific Feedback entry's details by clicking the ellipses, followed by the "View" link. You can also delete a given piece of feedback by selecting "Delete" from this menu.
Searching for Feedback
To search for a specific piece of feedback, type in the name of either the Feedback target or author within the search bar at the top of the page.
Pending Feedback Requests
Admins will see any outstanding feedback requests (both internal and external -- if enabled) within the "Pending requests" tab.
Individual Feedback Summaries
Navigate to the "Individuals" tab to view a summary of an employee's Feedback given and received. You can also see the values that have been tied to their feedback (if enabled).
Managing Your Company's Feedback Settings
You can select custom activation settings by navigating to the "Settings" section within the Feedback tool. You will have the option to enable feedback for all employees, specific employees, or disable feedback altogether.
If your company crowd-sources feedback from external partners or associates, you can use the external feedback functionality to have managers and admins request feedback via email to those external individuals. By selecting the check box underneath the toggle, you can allow employees to request external feedback for themselves.
Feedback Nudges are used to notify managers when they have not provided feedback over a long period of time for their reports. This ensures that managers are continuing their efforts to provide growth and improvement opportunities for their direct reports.
Giving feedback can often be an effective way to reinforce the values that your company holds most important. These values, created and managed by company administrators, can be attached to any piece of Feedback and help remind contributors of your values and praise those who embody them.
