As an admin, you can manage your organization's Feedback settings and get an overview of how Feedback is being used from the administration panel. To access the administration panel, click "Admin" from the top navigation and then the "Feedback" link on the left side of your screen.

To search for a specific piece of feedback, simply type what you're looking for into the search bar at the top of the "Feedback" tab in the auditing page.

Pending Feedback Requests
Admins will be able to see any outstanding feedback requests (both internal and external -- if enabled) through the "Pending requests" tab.
Individual Feedback Summaries
Within the "Audit" tab of the Feedback administration panel, navigate to the "Individuals" tab to view a brief summary of an employee's Feedback given and received.

Managing Your Company's Feedback Settings
By navigating to the "Settings" tab in the Feedback administration panel, you can select custom activation settings. You will have the option to enable feedback for all employees, specific employees, or disable feedback all together.

External Feedback & Feedback Nudges
If your company crowd-sources feedback from external partners or associates, you can use the external feedback functionality to have managers and admins request feedback via email to those external individuals. By selecting the check box underneath the toggle, you can allow for employees to request external feedback for themselves as well.
Feedback Nudges are used to notify managers of when they have not provided feedback over a long period of time for their reports. This can ensure that managers are continuing their efforts to provide growth and improvement opportunities for their direct reports.
Attaching Feedback to Your Company's Values
Giving feedback can often be an effective way to reinforce the values that your company holds most important. These values, created and managed by company administrators, can be attached to any piece of Feedback and help remind contributors of your values and praise those who embody them.
