As an employee, Lattice gives you the ability to use all of our tools right from your homepage. 

On your employee homepage, you can:

1. View your profile information and edit your full name, preferred first name, and phone number
2. View your track and growth plan
3. View and manage tasks
4. Add items to your 1:1 agenda
5. Give feedback
6. Create and update goals
7. Complete your weekly update
8. View your manager and team
9. View current and past review cycles
