Use the review cycle results tab to compare scores and calibrated scores across your organization
Before you start
You can view scored attribute reporting as soon as you launch the review cycle. The data updates in real time as managers submit scores for their direct reports. You can analyze the scores provided by managers (pre-calibrated scores) and calibrated scores if applicable. Lattice provides a variety of visualizations to view your data, and has export functionality for each view.

View score data
We'll walk through suggested ways to analyze your scores below.
At the top of the page, you will compare scored attribute responses for your company. Under each attribute, we will list the company averages for all scores that have been submitted.
Adding two scores to the comparison allows you to plot the data on a bar graph, 9-box, heat map, and distribution graph. You can analyze up to 10 attributes at a time. Note that some visualizations, such as the 9-box, support fewer than 10 comparisons.
Group by Individual to see the score for each employee. Use the View packet button to see the rest of their review data.
Group by Manager to see the average scores Managers submitted about their direct reports. Compare these scores to the company average to see which managers provide the highest and lowest scores. This grouping can help inform your calibration decisions.
Note: Any individuals in Lattice who do not have a manager will be listed in the "Unmanaged" category. Admins will be responsible for submitting scores for these individuals if applicable.
Grouping by Department shows the average score for all employees who belong to that department. You can compare to the company average by looking at the card for the scored attribute above the graph.
Exporting the data
Lastly, we have built-in export functionality while you navigate throughout each different category. Use the Export CSV button beneath each graph to download the data set. The export respects the filters and groupings you apply. To learn more about the exports, you can pull, check out Review Exports in Lattice!
