As part of our support offerings, the Lattice Customer Success team offers live office hours sessions throughout the week to answer your questions in a video call! Our Customer Success team runs these sessions and will spend time each week walking through live responses to admin questions through our video chat sessions.
Structure of the Sessions
We host office hours Monday - Friday. As an admin, you can sign up for one or multiple 45-minute sessions to get your Lattice questions answered by one of our product specialists. Admins are let into Admin OH on a first-come, first-serve basis. Upon joining, you may enter a waiting room if the Customer Success Associate is supporting another client. Once it is your turn, you will enter the session to receive one-on-one support.

Participating in Admin Office Hours
When you join the Zoom meeting, please ensure to send your question through the Q&A functionality in the Zoom controls.
This will allow the Customer Success team member to respond to the questions during the session in the order they are asked.
