Export Engagement Results to PowerPoint – Lattice Help Center

Super admins, survey admins and Engagement admins are able to download visualised results of their Engagement Survey via PPT.

Before you start

The results are only available in English, regardless of the language selected.
The results will only be available for agree/disagree questions, not multiple-choice or multiple-select.
The results can be exported for both anonymous and identifiable surveys, but for anonymous surveys, to protect participant anonymity, data will be withheld for engagement results that don't meet the anonymity threshold.
It is only possible to include one comparison to a previous survey.

The Engagement Results deck will include:

Company-wide Summary: Participation Rates, eNPS (if applicable), and scores for themes and questions. If a survey comparison has been added, this will also be included here.
Additional Summaries: A breakdown of results by Age, Gender, Tenure, Manager and Department.
- Additional summary slides will only be generated for up to 40 managers and 40 departments each. If the number of managers or departments exceeds 40, additional summary slides will not be generated for that category. Summary slides by Age, Gender, and Tenure will always be included.
- Admins can still select specific Managers and Departments using the filter bar in the main results page to get Detailed Breakdown slides for those selected Managers and Departments.
Detailed Breakdowns: If a filter has been applied to the results, slides will be generated for each selected filter value for Participation Rates, eNPS (if applicable), and scores for themes and questions.
- Detailed Breakdown slides will only be generated for up to 40 filter values. For example, if you filter by a "Location" field that contains more than 40 unique locations, you will have to de-select locations until the filter contains 40 or fewer.
