Admins can share custom reports with others to ensure all team members have the reporting information they need. Users with manager permission can also share reports, but reports can only be shared with super admins and managers.
- Navigate to Admin> Analytics> Custom Reports.
- Select the ellipsis (...) next to the report you are looking to share> Share.
- Select the employees you want to share the report with.
- Select Save changes.
Note: Depending on employee permission when viewing the report, the report will show or hide columns. For example, if the employee does not have permission to view Addresses or SSNs, they will have blank cells under that column.
