Admins in Lattice have the ability to design their own CSV export that shows past changes and approved future changes. This report mirrors the data in the profile page for an employee.
Please note that another admin cannot view the report automatically. The report must be shared by the creator for other admins to access it. See Share a Custom Report.
Create and download an export
- Navigate to Admin > Analytics > Custom reports.
- Select New report > Profile Change report.
- Choose a Report date range.
- Filter to capture relevant employee data.
- Search and select the fields to include in the export:
- To select all fields within a category, mark the checkbox in the categories column on the left-hand side in the Fields section.
- To select specific fields within a category, select the category on the left-hand side in the Fields section and mark the checkbox for any relevant fields on the right-hand side.
- On the right-hand side, under Columns, drag and drop the column headers to your preferred order.
- Select Save, Download CSV or Schedule.
