Update an employee’s profile
- Navigate to Admin > Organization > Directory.
- Select the employee you need to edit or search for them in the search bar.
- To edit an employee profile, select the employee’s name.
- Once you are in the Employee’s Profile, you can either edit the field directly after selecting the pencil icon, or click the Actions button to start a Workflow for the change.
- Select Save Changes.
The change will be reflected immediately if you edit the field directly, or on the effective date once all approvals have been completed if you edit an employee’s information via a Workflow.
