Your organization may require you to e-sign or review documents that they assign to your employee profile. You will be notified of these calls to action via email, and a Task will appear on your home page.
Sign or Review an assigned Document:
- Use the Complete action button in the email notification or navigate to your Lattice homepage and select the task for the new document
- The assigned document will appear, prompting you to view, read, and/or sign the document.
Note: Before you can sign, you must read and agree to the Electronic Record Signature Disclosure. - If the document requires a signature, after reading and agreeing to the electronic record signature disclosure, select the box that says Click to Sign
- Type out your e-signature and select Confirm
- Head to the bottom of the document and select Finish
