Not all department heads are showing in the Compensation Distribute page

Problem

• I want to distribute additional raise budget to leaders, but not all of them are appearing
• Can I add leaders to the Distribute tab in a compensation cycle so that I can distribute additional raise budget?

Resolution

1. You can only distribute up to the first two layers of the organization to give your leaders extra budget in addition to the guidance set on the Budget page.
