Weighted goals allow goal owners to customize and communicate the relative importance of each key result. Owners can customize how much each child impacts its parent's progress across multiple levels.
Enabling Weighted Goals for your Organization
Before owners can begin using weighted goals, an admin must turn on the feature for the whole organization. To do this:
Step 1: Select the Admin icon on the discovery navigation and select "Goals" then "Settings."
Step 2: Toggle on the "Allow key results to have custom weighting" option at the bottom of the General section.
Please note: If you decide to turn off goal weighting at any point in the future, it will remove all custom weighting assigned and revert to the default calculation.
