Lattice helps close the loop on employee feedback with Anonymous Comment Replies. This feature allows your organization to dig into your great ideas, learn more about your points of view, or address issues directly.
Replying to a Comment Reply
Employees will be notified by email if a survey admin or manager has replied to one of their anonymous comments.
From here, employees can:
- View their own anonymous comment submitted during the survey
- View the replies made by a survey admin or manager (if from an engagement survey) and the date they were submitted
- View the name and avatar of the replier
- Mark the conversation as complete
- Reply anonymously
If the reply addresses your comment, select "Yes." Employees will still be able to reply anonymously after choosing this option, but this will mark the conversation as complete and let the replier know you no longer need a reply.
If the reply does not address your comment or you'd like to provide acknowledgment, select "Reply anonymously" to clarify what you are looking for or give any additional details.
To help protect employee anonymity, the message will be sent to the replier and admins after a random delay. Repliers will continue to view employee responses as anonymous.
