Drawing actionable insight from engagement surveys by rating question review results
If your company is grading employees on rating questions during your review cycles, you can analyze your engagement survey results by their scores. Lattice will automatically use the scores from your most recently completed review cycle.
Filtering by rating questions
In either the list view or heatmap, you can apply rating question filters to your survey results. We allow you to filter by review cycle clicking into the Filter bar and then on Performance in the drop-down menu as shown below.
Follow these steps to filter results through scored attributes:
Step 1: Navigate to the Results tab of the survey
Step 2: Click on the filter icon
Step 3: Under Performance, select "Review Cycles"
Step 4: Click on desired review cycle and "Rating questions"
Step 5: Click the desired question and rating.
Grouping by Rating question
In the survey results Heatmap, you can group themes and questions by rating. In the results Heatmap, you can group themes and questions by rating questions. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Select "Heatmap" view
Step 2: Click on the "Group by"
Step 3: Under Performance, select "Review Cycles".
Step 4: Click on desired review cycle and select desired rating question.
Once you select a rating question, you'll be able to see how employees responded to your survey questions by score. In the image above, the number inside the parentheses is the number of responders with that score. So in the first column indicated by the red arrow, 3 participants with a Behavior score of "Below expectations" have an average score of 100 for the question "I talk up this company to my friends as a great company to work for".
