With this app, you can:
- HRIS
- Talent
- Manage 1:1s on the go and away from the computer
- Give and view Feedback
- Publish, view, and edit Updates
- View active goals and past 1:1s
- Fill out and submit a survey
- Write, draft, and submit your Review
- Note: You cannot approve peer reviewers in the mobile app
- View your employee directory
To access these features, download the app and log in to your Lattice account by typing your team domain.
