Should employees see all tracks or only the track they're on?
As an Admin, you can control track visibility. You can make all published tracks publicly visible, or you can limit employees to only viewing the track they're on.
Controlling Track Visibility
Step 1: Navigate to your Admin page found at the bottom of the discovery navigation.
Step 2: Click on "Settings" within your Grow tool.
Step 3: Click either option shown in the red box below.
Step 4: Click the blue "Save" button at the top of the page to finalize your settings.
Employees will be able to see their own track from their Grow page, and all tracks from the Company page.
Note: these settings only apply to published tracks. Only Admin users can see job tracks that are saved as drafts.
