An employee is missing from a Survey I have launched; can I add them to it now?
Is there a way to add a late participant to an active Engagement Survey?
Resolution
Once an Engagement Survey has been launched, it is not possible to edit or add any participants as this is to protect the anonymity of the responses.
If the Survey has just launched and has not yet received any responses, you can duplicate the survey and make sure the correct participants are included. Then you can delete the original with the incorrect participants' list.
Note: If the survey has received responses, this will not work.
