If your admin has enabled top-down visibility, managers of managers have visibility into Feedback, Reviews, Updates, or Growth Plans about their indirect reports.


To access these views, you will have to navigate the "Your Team" page in the navigation bar. Once in this tab, you will be using the left-hand side navigation panel and selecting the tool you want to dive into.


Note: Managers of managers can view the private and pubic goals of their indirect reports by default. At this time, you can't give managers of managers access to their indirect reports' 1:1s.

Visibility into Reviews

Step 1: On the left-hand side panel, select Reviews.

Step 2: Search for the correct review cycle and then click on the "View your org" to go into the review.

Step 3: In the specific review cycle panel, you will see all your direct reports' overall progress. You can also click on a employees' name to take a look at the review packet.

Step 4: Selecting a specific name will take you to the reviews written about the individual. You will be able to see the progress for that review and download the employee or manager pdf packet. You are also able to go into the employee's growth plan.

Visibility into Goals

Step 1: On the left-hand side panel, select Goals.

Step 2: On the Explore page, select the filter "owners," and from its drop-down menu, choose "People in my org." This will allow you to filter to see the goals of those for your direct reports and their direct reports. From here, you can apply any other necessary filter.

Visibility into Feedback

Step 1: On the left-hand side panel, select Feedback.

Step 2: On the Reporting page, you will see the feedback metrics on the feedback given and received. To best see the information, you can decide what attributes to use to group the data and a specific time frame.

Note: The system will include the first 8 attributes listed; to add more, you click on the "+" button. For example, if you have more than 8 indirect reports in your management line, you can click on the "+" to add any other individual to your graph.

Step 3: On the Auditing tab, you will access have a log of all feedback submitted, a breakdown per individual, and view any specific piece of feedback. To see the feedback, click on the "View" button.

Visibility into Updates

Step 1: On the left-hand side panel, select Updates.

Step 2: On the Reporting page, you will see the metrics for sentiment, published, and reviewed numbers. To best see the information, you can decide what attributes to use to group the data and a specific time frame.

Note: The system will include the first 8 attributes listed; to add more, you click on the "+" button. For example, if you have more than 8 indirect reports in your management line, you can click on the "+" to add any other individual to your graph.

Step 3: On the Auditing tab, you will access have a log of submitted updates, a breakdown into each individual's metrics, and view into any specific update by clicking on the "View" button.

Visibility into Grow

Step 1: On the left-hand side panel, scroll to the Grow section and select reporting/.

Step 2: On the Reporting page, you will see participation by seeing the % of employees who have at least one growth area and the % of growth areas with at least one progress update. You can decide what user attributes to filter by and group the data by individual, manager, department, or track.

Note: To view an individual's growth plan, you will have to follow go into that user's profile page or access the growth plan by going in from the reviews page.
