Once you've Pulsed employees and enough responses have been submitted, you will see three different scores: your overall pulse score, your theme scores, and your question scores.  

Overall Pulse Score

Your overall pulse score is shown at the top of your pulse results screen.

To calculate overall score Lattice uses the average of all theme scores within the time range.

Theme Scores

Theme scores can be found next to each theme on the right hand side.

Question Scores

Question scores can be found next to each question on the right hand side.

The overall question score finds the most recent response for each user for the given question. If that most recent response is either "Agree" or "Strongly Agree" then their response is considered a positive response. We take the total number of positive responses and divide that by the total number of users that have responded to the question to get the percentage of positive responses from users who answered the question. The percentage is rounded to a full number between 0 and 100.
Please note: This shouldn’t be considered an average of all responses, as we only count one response per user (the most recent response). This gives each employee's response equal weight in the question score

Response Breakdown

The Response breakdown can be found under “Distribution” next to the question score and under “Responses” next to comments. The response breakdown includes every response from your users. This differs from the question score because the question score takes just the most recent response from a user into account.

Once again if a user's response is either "Agree" or "Strongly Agree" then their response is considered a positive response. If the user answered the question twice, once with a positive response and once with a negative or neutral response, both of those responses would be included in the response breakdown.
